Stations of the Cross

As we have done on all Fridays in Lent, we recite the devotional service know as Stations of the Cross beginning at 6 p.m.
The Stations of the Cross is also called the Via Dolorosa and refers to the depiction of the final hours (or Passion) of Jesus, and the devotions commemorating the Passion. We do this using readings and prayers as we make our way through the fourteen stations of the cross. The tradition as chapel devotion began with St. Francis of Assisi. It may be used at any time, but is most commonly done during the Season of Lent, especially on Good Friday and on Friday evenings during Lent. Come and join us!
