The Vestry is an elected committee of parish members who have three primary responsibilities: to take care of the parish
finances, the parish buildings, and to help provide for the spiritual needs of the people of St. Luke's. Vestry members are
also to be an effective line of communication, conveying the needs, desires, issues, and other essential information to the
church's leadership. To this end, each vestry member acts in a liaison capacity for the various ministries of the church.
Welcome to our website and to St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Ada, Oklahoma! We are a parish located in the southeast
region of the diocese of Oklahoma, and have been a strong and vital presence in Ada for almost 100 years. Blessed with
a beautiful church building, we have continued to provide sacred worship, outreach to those in need, and an inclusive
community of faith to all who seek a loving relationship with our Lord. The people of St. Luke's are warm and welcoming
and if you're looking for a church home, we hope you'll consider what we have to offer. Having served this parish since
1995, I still can't imagine anywhere else I'd rather be. If I can ever be of any help in answering questions you might have
about the Episcopal Church or any of the ministries we offer, please don't hesitate to call me at the church office. I'm
always somewhere close by.
Christ's Blessings to You.
